Registered Dietitian + Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist

( Waitlist)

I truly love seeing the journey that all of my clients make; and try to meet everyone where they are .”

My Specialities Are: Eating Disorder Recovery in adolescents and adults, Eating disorders and Diabetes, Intuitive Eating, Body Image, Pregnancy, Lactation, and Diabetes management.

When I am not seeing clients you can find me: Chasing after my 3 little ones, working on my vegetable garden, attempting to work on our very first compost pile, running, and reading! (Or at least attempting to!)

Things that bring me joy: My family, coffee, food! Running and being outdoors, watching my children grow with the world around them, and helping clients heal their relationship with their bodies and food.

A fun fact about me is: I love running marathons!  This has taught me so much about the human body and what it requires in terms of fueling, and recovery, both physically and mentally.

Food is a very emotional topic and I would love for you to trust that I am here to provide a safe, non judgemental place to explore all of these things with you.

Professional Bio:

I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Delaware and completed my dietetic internship at Long Island University, CW Post. I have been an RD since 2008, beginning with acute care, and transitioned to eating disorders in 2012.  I have worked both in inpatient and PHP levels of care, and have now been outpatient since 2019.  I have grown so much in these years, learning everything I can about eating disorder recovery as well as diet culture, intuitive eating, and health at every size.  I continue to learn daily from my clients and colleagues and feel that my learning journey will likely continue as long as my career.
