​My Specialities Are: Eating Disorder Recovery in adolescents and adults, Eating disorders and Diabetes, Intuitive Eating, Body Image, Pregnancy, Lactation, and Diabetes management.

When I am not seeing clients you can find me: Chasing after my 3 little ones, working on my vegetable garden, attempting to work on our very first compost pile, running, and reading! (Or at least attempting to!)

​

Things that bring me joy: My family, coffee, food! Running and being outdoors, watching my children grow with the world around them, and helping clients heal their relationship with their bodies and food.

​

A fun fact about me is: I love running marathons!  This has taught me so much about the human body and what it requires in terms of fueling, and recovery, both physically and mentally. 

​

Food is a very emotional topic and I would love for you to trust that I am here to provide a safe, non judgemental place to explore all of these things with you.
