Insurance and Payment Information
With each new client, we conduct an initial nutrition assessment and evaluation with them and their family before proceeding into regular counseling sessions.
During this session, we will review:
- what your current food & nutrition concerns are and any struggles you may be encountering
- Your medical health & wellness history
- What your current relationship with food and body image looks like.
- What your short- and long-term goals are
- What type of support we offer that will best help you
Together, we will develop a plan to help you reach your goal and improve your nutritional health.
Follow up sessions
During Follow-up sessions we will guide you through making changes in your life using measurable goals, developing individualized tools, help you unpack false food beliefs and harmful behaviors around food. Together, we will process struggles, celebrate wins and move through the journey of finding peace and health in nutrition.

You will be responsible for payment should your insurance decline to cover an appointment. If you have insurance that I am not participating in you can check to see if your policy has "out of network" benefits. If so, you will be able to submit a claim for reimbursement.
we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly before scheduling an appointment to get a better idea of coverage and reimbursement costs.
After each session, you will provided with a superbill that will have a nutrition-related diagnosis code for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What is my co-pay?
Is a preauthorization required?
Do I have a deductible, and how much of the deductible have I met?
How many sessions are covered and within what time period?
What forms do I need to submit to qualify for reimbursement?
