Initial Intake
With each new client, we conduct an initial nutrition assessment and evaluation with them and their family before proceeding into regular counseling sessions.

During this session, we will review:

- Your medical health & wellness history
- What your current relationship with food and body image looks like.

- What your short- and long-term goals are

- What type of support we offer that will best help you

Together, we will develop a plan to help you reach your goal and improve your nutritional health.

During Follow-up sessions we will guide you through making changes in your life using measurable goals, developing individualized tools, help you unpack false food beliefs and harmful behaviors around food. we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly before scheduling an appointment to get a better idea of coverage and reimbursement costs.
After each session, you will provided with a superbill that will have a nutrition-related diagnosis code for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
