​My Specialities Are: Pediatrics- including infant, toddler and adolescent nutrition, Intuitive Eating, Maternal Nutrition, Lactation, Disordered Eating, ARFID.

When I am not seeing clients you can find me: In the car being taxi Mom, in the kitchen whipping up tasty and nourishing food (I’m known for my Chocolate Chip Cookies), in the pool swimming, on my super comfy sofa reading, on the sidelines cheering for my kids at either a soccer field, baseball diamond, or a swim meet.

Things that bring me joy: Ice cream, time outside in the sunshine, laughing, creating memories with my kids.

A fun fact about me is: I bought the house I grew up in. It is so special to see my kids living here and playing in the backyard I played in.

Professional Bio​:
I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nutrition from the University of Delaware and completed my training to become a Registered Dietitian through Winthrop University's Internship Program. I became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in 2004 and became board certified in Pediatric Nutrition in 2018. I have worked in pediatrics for most of my career covering NICU, Pediatrics, PICU, Mother/Baby. I had a small break in clinical nutrition to cover geriatrics and was a Nutrition Educator for the Y of Central Maryland’s Fit N Fun program for after school programs. I still work in the NICU at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
